Rice pudding
: 45 MINUTES : EASY : 5 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS :

1 liter of milk

½ liter of water
El Sabor
4 ounces of rice
El Sabor
½ pound of sugar
No
2 ounces raisins
El Sabor
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
El Sabor
1 egg yolk
No
Cinnamon stick or ground
El Sabor

PREPARATION :

1. In boiling water put the rice to boil 15 minutes.

2. Add cinnamon, sugar, raisins and boiling milk.

3. Let boil until the preparation thickens.

4. Add the vanilla and  mix well.

5. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks well beaten in a glass of cold milk.

6. Mix and boil until ist ready.
